Selling with eBay Stores
With an eBay Store, you'll get everything you need to create a central shopping destination where buyers can learn about you and all the products you sell. You'll receive powerful tools for designing your Store, plus marketing and reporting features, and dedicated toll-free customer support. Learn how to get started with eBay Stores.
Solve a problem
It's a good idea to start by becoming familiar with how eBay Stores work. On the eBay home page, click the Stores tab and then click the Open a Store link on the right side of the page. Review the information on the What's an eBay Store? page. When you're ready to open your Store, click the Open a Store now! button.
While you're away, you want to make sure your buyers don't have a negative shopping experience by buying items and unexpectedly waiting a long time to receive them. Before you go on vacation, go to your Messages in My eBay, select Change settings in the left column, and then scroll to the Store vacation settings section. Learn more about placing your Store on vacation.
