Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link for the country where you want to list your item. You'll be taken to that country's eBay home page automatically.

Click Sell at the top of the page, and follow the “List your item for sale” form.

Click Sell at the top of the page.

On the “Choose a listing form” page, in the “sell your item form,” select More listing choices (long form).

On the Create your listing page, scroll to the “Give buyers postage details” section and click Add or remove options.

Under “International postage,” select Show international services and options. Click Save.

Under “International Postage,” select one of these postage cost options from the drop-down menu:

• Flat: Same cost to all buyers

• Calculated: Cost varies according to buyer location

From the “Ship to” drop-down menu, select Choose custom location.

Select the regions to which you're willing to ship. You can select as many as you like.

Under “Additional ship to locations”, select any additional places for which you want postage costs to be calculated.

Complete your listing by filling in the other categories in the form, and submit it.
