Making a One-Time Payment

You can make a one-time payment for your eBay selling fees by:

Access these options from the Make a Single Payment on Your eBay Seller Account page or the “Seller Account” section of My eBay.

For information on payment requirements, late fees, and payment schedules, see Your Payment Due Date.

Note: The making a one-time payment option is not for buyers to pay sellers. It is for sellers to pay their eBay seller fees. Payments for items buyers have purchased must be sent directly to the sellers. Please do not send these payments to eBay.

Making a one-time payment by over-the-counter cash and cheque

Pay your eBay selling fees over-the-counter at any Banco De Oro (BDO). To ensure your payment is processed quickly and accurately, please print and submit an eBay payment coupon with your payment at a BDO branch near you.

Important: Please do not send cash or cheque payments to eBay directly.

To get an eBay payment coupon:
  1. Click the "My eBay" link at the top of any eBay page.

  2. Select “Seller Account” from within the “My Account” section.

  3. Under eBay Seller Fees, click “one time payment” to select a one-time payment method.

  4. Click the “Over-the-counter cash & cheque payment (OTC)” link.

  5. Print out the eBay payment coupon.

When paying by over-the-counter cash and cheque:
  1. Complete the “Enter amount enclosed” section of the payment coupon.

  2. Complete the bank payment slip with the following information (see example below).

    • A. Company Name - EBAY/PAYPAL

    • B. Subscriber Number - eBay Account ID (as reflected on the payment coupon, this is not your eBay User ID)

  3. If paying by cheque:

    • Make your cheque payable to "eBay".

    • Write your eBay Account ID on the front of your cheque to avoid processing delays.

    • Sign your cheque.

  4. Present the eBay payment coupon and bank payment slip to a BDO bank branch. Locate a branch near you .

  5. Over-the-counter cash & cheque payments (OTC) take seven to 10 business days to process and post to your account.

  6. Your cheque information must match your account information (no third-party cheques).

  7. Returned cheques are subject to PHP 200.00 service charge.

  8. If you are signed up for automatic monthly payments, be sure to make your over-the-counter cash and cheque payment for the full amount owed at least 10 days prior to your invoice date. This will ensure that you are not charged twice.

Making a one-time payment by credit card
